Locations
Colocation is available in Frankfurt, Lisbon, Madrid and Prague, from a single server up to a full rack.

Every package includes 100 Mbit bandwidth and 1 hour of remote hands per month (9:00 - 18:00 GMT). Electricity is billed separately at €0,275/kWh. Contract: 12 months.
Extras: remote hands €80 (9:00 - 18:00 GMT) or €120 (18:00 - 9:00 GMT).

Internet connection
The included 100 Mbit is meant for management traffic (IPMI, remote access). For production traffic we provide the uplink directly, so you do not need your own transit provider.

- Unmetered, fair use. No traffic allowance to watch.
- Delivered as an Ethernet handoff straight to your router.
- 1 and 5 Gbps are shaped slices of our 10 Gbps edge, so upgrading between them is a rate change, no re-cabling. A dedicated 10 Gbps needs a separate physical connection.
- No cross-connect fee inside a single rack setup.
- IPv4: a /29 (6 usable) is included with rack packages. Larger subnets: IP ordering.
- IPv6: a /48 is routed to your handoff at no cost, you subnet it behind your router.
- IPMI / iDRAC is reachable through our WireGuard at no cost.
- BGP sessions and announcing your own prefixes are not available.
Before and after sending
Before sending the server, please contact us to provide informations about the package content:
- Server model, manufacturer.
- Whether cables (power cords) are included.
- What type of power plug they have (C13/C14 or something else).
- Are the rails also included in the package.
After Package has been sent
- Once your package has been sent, please contact us to provide the name of the shipping company and the tracking number.
- After server will be installed we will provide you with all the informations that you will need to access your server IPMI.
