Refund Policy for Account Credit

We offer refunds for unused account credit within 30 days of your last top-up. Your remaining paid balance can be refunded minus payment processing fees. Bonus credits and promotional amounts are non-refundable.

  • Paid credit only - The actual amount you paid
  • Unused balance - From your paid credit (minus bonuses/vouchers)
  • Within 30 days - Of your last top-up transaction

What We Don't Refund

  • Bonus credits - Any promotional amounts added (e.g., 20% bonus)
  • Payment processing fees - Charged by PayPal, Stripe, etc.
  • Used credit - Services already consumed
  • After 30 days - From your last top-up
  • KYC verification fee - The administrative fee (up to €20) charged when your payment does not match your registration

KYC Verification Fee

Non-refundable

If your payment does not come from the same country you registered with (or your details otherwise do not match your payment), we may run a full KYC verification. This carries an administrative fee of up to €20, which is non-refundable and is deducted from your account balance.

You can avoid it entirely: pay from the same country you registered in, using details that match your account.
